I am available to conduct trainer led, face-to-face or on-line learning sessions for leadership and/or soft skills development training using your materials. I am a passionate and experienced trainer/facilitator, organisational development consultant and instructional designer with twenty-five years' experience managing projects that provide optimal professional development solutions. With a focus on professional development at all organisational levels from emerging leaders to c-suite leadership, I am adept in applying the principles of adult learning to the programs I design.
